Restricted access allows agency/government administrators to see secure information for use in MCIs or other situations where additional resources may be needed. Regional access allows organization administrators such as Fire/Police Chiefs, EMS/Hospital administrators, etc to access secure information for their region only (Finger Lakes, Western, etc.). Full access allows organization administrators such as County Coordinators, 911 Directors, DOH officials, etc to access secure information for their entire state.
